No customer service theirs few worker and those few looks like their dying they look at you hoping that you dont ask for any questions they know im looking at the fish not one offer to help i think pick your own .
Needed to make a return. The clerk was very efficient. While waiting I saw how wonderful the other clerk was with 2 different dog visitors. Clearly the dogs were thrilled to be there & aware of the treats at check out!
Pretty good selection and generally friendly staff. The problem is there are too few folks to help. As a result, if you have a question, you need to hunt down a salesperson.
The 2 stars is mainly for the grooming. I did not like the service and we got our dog back terrified and unhappy. This has never happened before. I take her to grooming every month and she never reacts the way she reacted today. I will definitely not do the grooming at this Petco anymore. Overall the store is good and the staff is friendly and helpful.
Clean, good prices, good inventory, great rewards program and very pleasant and helpful staff. I love their community pet program too.
